Please do not return any item without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

As we work with multiple fulfilment partners and suppliers, return addresses may vary depending on the product. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.

🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Incorrect colour selected by the customer

• Change-of-mind purchases

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards
