Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return period for customers. We only accept returns if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If a customer chooses the wrong size or wrong color, we cannot process a return for that. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Eligibility for Return
To request a return, the item must be:

  • Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered
  • In its original condition, unused and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Do not send any item back to us without approval. Some products ship from different suppliers, and we will provide the correct return address after reviewing your case.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make things right.

Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong color ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous or flammable items

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
